Job Summary

We are looking for 2 hardworking and customer-friendly Restaurant Service Boys / Stewards to join our hotel and restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, taking food orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guests in a polite and qualified manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests receive their orders correctly and on time.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front office team for smooth service.
- Clear and clean tables after guests finish their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service area.
- Assist in setting up tables, cutlery and other items before service.




- Respond to guest requests and provide a positive dining experience.
- Inform the supervisor about guest feedback or complaints.
- Follow all hotel and restaurant service standards and hygiene practices.
- Support the team during busy hours and special events.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment will be preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Polite, friendly and well-mannered personality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Should be punctual, hardworking and responsible.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and on holidays as required.
