Role- C4C Functional Consultant

Total experience- 4+ years

Location- Bangalore (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full time

Mandatory tech stack- Programming Languages and its version - C4C functional experience. Any technical skills like SDK or BTP would be a plus (but not mandatory)

Platform - SAP Cloud for customer

Tools and its version - Jira and Other tools relevant for a Agile working environment

Tech environment - SAP CX

Day to day tasks

- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products; ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope
- Responsible for the Operation of the cloud for customer solution
- Performing the necessary tasks to keep astable setting
- To work with the solution Architecture team for Development,



Testing and Documentation of nes solutions on C4C as needed by our Business Process.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation.
- Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.
