Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The role involves working on architectural projects from concept design through construction documentation, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality drawings.

The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a team-oriented studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural designs, planning layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare concept, schematic, tender, GFC, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, NBC, and local bye-laws.
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation wherever required.
- Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and constructability.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to project timelines.
- Assist senior architects in project planning and execution.

- Microsoft Excel
- Revit (Preferred)

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)





- 26 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution.
- Experience in institutional, commercial, industrial, or government projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing and working drawings.
- Positive understanding of building materials and construction techniques.
- Familiarity with National Building Code (NBC) and local development regulations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong ownership of work.
