- Inspect and approve machine readiness at factory before dismantling and dispatch
- Ensure site readiness by liaising with customer
- Ensure Mechanical and electrical assembly of machines as per engineering drawings and specifications at site
- Carry out the machine installation, commissioning, and startup activities at customer sites.
- CNC and PLC related issues to be troubleshot to minimize the machine downtime.
- Analyze and resolve the electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults and implement effective corrective actions. Give feedback to CFT for preventive measures
- Attend customer service calls and resolve machine breakdowns efficiently during commissioning and in warranty period.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, identify root causes, and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams like design, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, departmental documentation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and recommend improvements to enhance machine performance and reliability.
- Provide operational and technical training to customers.
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures during installation and service activities.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Hands-on experience in CNC and PLC troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, sensors, drives, motors, and industrial automation systems.
- Problem-solving skills and documentation with close communication with PM and QA teams.
- Customer handling and communication skills, multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Expertise in preparing technical reports and documentation.
