Purpose of the role
Backend enabler for planning, reporting, and operational efficiency across Up-to-date Trade. The role acts as the single owner for data integrity, forecasting, stock visibility, and commercial hygiene, enabling KAMs to take faster, better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data, Forecasting & Sales Analytics

- Own demand forecasting at chain / DC / SKU level in partnership with KAMs and Supply Chain.
- Build and maintain sales dashboards covering secondary sales, trends, growth/degrowth, store level offtakes and productivity metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all MT reports and systems.
- Act as the SPOC for MT analytics requirements (Power BI / Excel / ERP extracts)

2. Supply Chain & Stock Allocation Coordination

- Work closely with Supply Chain / Planning teams on:
- DCwise and chainwise stock allocation
- Replenishment planning and exception management

- Track and highlight fillrate gaps, OOS risks, and excess inventory proactively.




- Drive actions on slowmoving and ageing stock with KAMs and ABMs.

3. Commercial Operations, Claims & Hygiene

- Manage claims, payouts, scheme reconciliations, and dispute resolution with Finance and Accenture team
- Own system hygiene:
- Schemes, price lists, customer masters
- Alignment between ERP, claims systems, and sales reports

4. KAM Enablement & Decision Support

- Provide readytouse dashboards for KAMs covering:
- Fill rate & service level
- Stock ageing & cover
- Scheme performance & postpromo analysis

- Support KAMs during JBP reviews, customer negotiations, and internal reviews with databacked insights.

Ideal Profile

- 5–8 years in Sales Operations / Analytics / Demand Planning in FMCG / Consumer Healthcare
- Strong working knowledge of Modern Trade and chain/DCbased models
- High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP/SAP extracts
- Strong crossfunctional coordination skills (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance)
