Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Oracle Fusion Cloud/Coupa

Job Description

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise procurement solutions. You will partner closely with Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Technical Teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions across the Coupa and Oracle ecosystem. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence business and technology decisions while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Coupa and Oracle Fusion procurement solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to define solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance for project teams during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives and project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders while managing expectations and delivering against commitments.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analysis, reporting, and process optimization recommendations.
- Oversee deployment activities across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments while ensuring adherence to change management and governance standards.




- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex business and system issues identified during testing and production support.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of team best practices, standards, and documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, compliance, security, and operational requirements.

Experience & Skills

- 8-12+ years of experience in implementation, enhancement, and support of Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems.
- Robust techno-functional expertise in Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and Integrations.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS Procurement modules.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end solution design, requirement gathering, process re-engineering, testing strategy, and deployment activities.
- Ability to independently lead complex projects and drive deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to recommend strategic solutions.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with experience interacting with senior leadership.
- Experience leading workshops, facilitating requirements sessions, and influencing business process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and contribute to organizational capability development.
- Coupa or Oracle fusion implementation and support experience is required.
- Experience in global procurement transformations and digital procurement initiatives is highly preferred.
