Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of bakery production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
- Carry out routine inspection, lubrication, alignment, and replacement of mechanical components.
- Maintain and service conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, compressors, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of recent production equipment.
- Execute machine overhauls and planned shutdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, machine history, and spare parts consumption.
- Follow TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, food safety, and EHS standards.
- Adhere to LOTO procedures and use appropriate PPE while performing maintenance activities.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
OR
- B.Tech/B.E. Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
