Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
- 13 years of recruitment experience.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and MS Office.
Preferred: Immediate joiner with experience in engineering, infrastructure, or manufacturing recruitment.
