Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules including HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, and IRM.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, Service Catalog items, and integrations.
- Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and related platform capabilities.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production support.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

- 4-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.




- Hands-on experience with HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, and IRM modules.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred.
- Module-specific ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage.
