- Required candidate should have BE / BTech in Mechanical or Electrical fields with 7 yrs + of experience or Diploma with 10 + yrs of experience
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of SMT equipment and process.
- We seek to have a candidate with strong knowledge in Siplace placement machine, Reflow Ovens, DEK EKRA screen printers and SAKI SPI and AOI.
- Ability to prepare Maintenance procedures and work instruction for equipment and awareness & implementation of safety precaution during preventive maintenance and new machine installation.
- We want you to interact with Vendor for issue resolution and machine improvement, Fulfill QMS, OHSAS standards requirements and prepare the CA / PA and detailed analysis for frequent breakdowns.
- Good Electronics & electrical fundamental knowledge

Candidate Profile :
- Required candidate with more than 5 years of experience for Graduate and for Diploma more than 8 years of experience.
- Work with minimal supervision on complex projects and should be capable of independent judgment.
- Participate in troubleshooting and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
- Work closely with suppliers and other CFTs to analyze the end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements and to implement it.
- Efficiently meet the time line of assigned project with quality output.

- Monitor daily rejection analyze repetitive failures plan corrective & preventive actions monitor implementation & effectiveness
- Participate in daily, weekly monthly meetings & report break downs & its analysis
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures that ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment
- Plan and execute Preventive maintenance plan.
