Project, Planning Fulfilment Manager

Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.The work model for the role is: #LI_OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion business for Traction division based in Vadodara, India:You will be mainly accountable for:

- Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
- Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Acting as the first port of call for customers queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.




- Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and productive customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.

Qualifications for the role

- 4 to 8 years of experience in project management (preferrable)
- Full time engineering in Electrical or Mechanical field.
- Experience in motor or rolling stock industry is preferrable
- Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.
- Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks
