Role & responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including books of accounts, journal entries, and ledgers

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

- Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports

- Monitor cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing overheads

- Control and review CAPEX, OPEX, and cost variance analysis

Statutory & Tax Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

- Handle TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax filings and returns

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Factory Act, and other applicable laws

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience handling factory accounting and audits

- Exposure to multi-location manufacturing units

- Knowledge of IATF / ISO / internal audits (added advantage)
