Experience & Skills:

- Bachelors/Master’s in Finance, Accounting or Technology with 8–12 years of experience in finance transformation, GCC operations, or M&A; strategy
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, legal tech, shared services platforms, and data analytics tools
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional digital transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to translate business needs into digital product strategies, driving measurable outcomes in operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and tools such as: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Data Lake & analytics platforms
- Robust understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement in complex, matrixed environments.
- Formal exposure to Technology Development, Product Management or Digital Strategy, with certifications in Agile, Scrum, or related frameworks considered a plus.
