- A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating transparent, structured, and user-friendly documentation across product guides, help centers, release notes, or technical content (academic qualifications are secondary we evaluate based on writing quality and clarity)
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or Markdown editors
