Role & responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
- Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, and cycle time).
- roubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Inspect molded parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of machine setup, mold changing, and process parameters
- 3-5 years of experience in injection molding machine operation.
- Familiarity with plastic raw materials and molding processes.
- Basic preventive maintenance knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and meet production targets.
