Job Summary

Green Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell rooftop solar systems for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, and other marketing activities.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into sales.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Explain the features, benefits, subsidy process, and ROI of rooftop solar systems.
- Prepare and present quotations and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project execution.
- Maintain customer records and update daily sales activities in the CRM.
- Ensure timely collection of documents and payments from customers.

Preferred candidate profile





- Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in Field Sales (Solar, Electrical, Building Materials, Telecom, Insurance, Banking, or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territor
