Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PLC & Robot Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, program, and optimize PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment, robotic systems, CNC machines, and industrial automation systems. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring maximum machine availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Program, debug, modify, and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs (S7-200, S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500 and Failsafe PLCs) using TIA Portal.
- Configure and maintain Siemens WinCC HMI/SCADA systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Siemens CNC Systems (802D, 802DSL & 828D).
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to robot controllers, PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, CNC controllers, motors, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and electrical modifications of production equipment.




- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Maintain critical electrical spare parts inventory.
- Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, MTTR, MTBF, and other maintenance KPIs.
- Support implementation of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing initiatives.
