- What you will do:
- Lead and execute strategic and operational projects across Refurb Operations to improve business performance.
- Track, analyze, and improve key operational KPIs such as:
- Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Cost per Vehicle (CPV)
- Quality
- Vendor Performance
- Inventory Ageing
- Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business analytics for decision-making.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement automation solutions and standardize SOPs across operations.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all initiatives.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
- Drive vendor governance and performance management initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support continuous improvement of vendor ecosystem.
- Provide data-backed insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes, compliance standards, and governance frameworks.
- Continuously work towards improving efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization across operations.
