Role & responsibilities

Daily Activities:

Attend daily shift meeting and highlight the address the safety to employees

Conduct Daily EHS walk-by to identify the Unsafe actions and conditions.

Conduct daily EHS inspections and update the gaps in Eco online.

Discuss the previous day safety gaps identified in walk by to employees and create awareness

BBS training and work card monitoring

Ensure 5S at shopfloor

Ensure PPE adherence at work

Ensure the Emergency pathways and doors are free from obstruction.

Ensure adequate signages in place across shopfloor

Ensure the standard tools and ladders usage at work (removal of non standard tools from work)

Follow up actions on the Stop work activities and MOC actions address in Ecoonline

Work Permits- Reviewing the activities and conduct POWRA/Risk studies before signing the permit.



Do random visit of contractor activities to ensure the safety.

Tool Box Talk to Third party vendor teams (Non routine work)

Monitor the Loading and unloading activities.

Ensure the secure storage activities in Warehouse

Weekly activities:

Conduct Walk by Utility areas to ensure the safety

Conduct Fire pump audit

Conduct EcoOnline points review and highlight to manager

Conduct Security room visit on Emergency equipment availability

Conduct Weekly Tool Box Talk to Contract employees
