Job Summary: We're bringing on an AI Automation Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to help us build, maintain, and improve the automation backbone that powers Prodigi Connects client and internal operations. You'll work directly with the founder to connect tools, build AI-assisted workflows, and reduce the manual overhead that slows growth.

- Deploying an LLM pipeline that auto-categories and cleans incoming lead records, cutting per-record processing time.
- Building an autonomous lead-generation pipeline scrape, clean, sync to Google Sheets, and trigger personalized WhatsApp/Email outreach with zero manual steps from raw data to booked conversation
- Architecting multi-channel outreach automations (WhatsApp + Email via Twilio, SendGrid, Eleven Labs) with dynamic templates
- Standing up real-time sales KPI dashboards (Airtable + Google Sheets) that become the team's single source of truth within days of launch

Skills

- Build and maintain automation workflows using Make, Zapier, or similar tools from easy triggers to multi-step, conditional pipelines




- Integrate LLMs into workflows connecting OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini APIs to automate content creation, lead research, scoring, and outreach personalization
- Automate CRM and marketing stack operations syncing data, triggering sequences, managing contacts, and keeping HubSpot or Apollo pipelines clean and current
- Document what you build clear, reusable documentation so the team can understand and iterate on every workflow
- Spot and fix breakage proactively monitor workflows and resolve errors before they become problems

Must-haves

- Solid understanding of API integrations REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication (OAuth, API keys) you can connect tools that don't have native integrations and debug when things break
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform: Make, Zapier, or similar (personal projects count)
- Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript for when no-code hits its limits
- A problem-solving mindset: you figure things out, you don't wait to be told
- CS/Engineering degree

Nice-to-haves

- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/outreach tools
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) you've actually called one, not just read the docs
- Familiarity with Twilio, SendGrid, or Eleven Labs for multi-channel outreach
- Experience with Airtable or Google Sheets API for data pipelines or dashboards
- Understanding of B2B marketing or sales workflows
