We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer (M2) to join our team at Blue Star Ltd, responsible for supplier quality assurance and improvements.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high-quality products from suppliers.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in supplier quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control measures.
- Provide training and coaching to suppliers on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
