Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 3-8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation, joining, and onboarding.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet hiring targets and SLAs.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Work India).
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Prior team handling or managerial experience is an advantage.
