Job Description

We are looking for a Title Curative Analyst with experience in the US Mortgage/Title Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying and resolving title defects to ensure a clear and marketable title.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Review title reports and identify title defects.
- Resolve title issues such as liens, judgments, unreleased mortgages, tax liens, HOA liens, probate issues, and legal description errors.
- Coordinate with county offices, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to obtain required documents.
- Review deeds, mortgages, releases, affidavits, and other title-related documents.
- Update curative status and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure all title defects are resolved before closing.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while adhering to client SLAs.





Required Skills

- 15 years of experience in Title Curative.
- Valuable understanding of the US Mortgage and Title Insurance process.
- Knowledge of title defects, chain of title, deeds, liens, judgments, and mortgage documents.
- Experience using county websites, NetroOnline, DataTrace, TitlePoint, or similar title search tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US/Night Shift.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Title Search or Title Examination.
- Knowledge of property records and county recording systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple files efficiently
