We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Composite Engineer to lead the design and development of RF-transparent composite radomes using advanced manufacturing processes such as Vacuum Bagging, Vacuum Infusion (VARTM), Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Compression Molding, and Prepreg Lamination.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop RF-transparent radomes for antenna and communication systems.
- Select suitable composite materials based on RF, mechanical, and environmental requirements.
- Develop and optimize composite manufacturing processes including:
- Vacuum Bagging
- Vacuum Infusion (VARTM)
- Resin Transfer Molding (RTM)
- Compression Molding
- Prepreg Lay-up and Autoclave/Oven Curing (if applicable)

- Design, fabricate, and validate composite molds and tooling.
- Develop sandwich composite structures using lightweight core materials.
- Prepare manufacturing process documentation and work instructions.
- Perform laminate lay-up, curing, trimming, machining, assembly, and quality inspection.




- Collaborate with RF, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to achieve optimal electromagnetic performance.
- Improve manufacturing quality, repeatability, and production efficiency.

Preferred Skills

- Experience developing aerospace, defense, radar, SATCOM, naval, UAV, automotive, or wind-energy composite structures.
- Knowledge of dielectric properties, RF transparency, insertion loss, and radome electromagnetic performance.
- Understanding of environmental qualification standards such as temperature, humidity, UV, salt fog, and vibration testing.
- Experience with composite testing, NDT, dimensional inspection, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and composite laminate design.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to establish new composite manufacturing processes.
