Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
- Oversee CNC machines (VMC & Lathe), conventional machines, grinding machines, and tool room operations to produce high-quality products.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to machinery maintenance, tooling design, and material selection.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working setting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in managing a machine shop or similar industry.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines (VMC & Lathe), conventional machines, grinding machines, Tool Room Operations.
