Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in Federal, State, and Local Payroll Tax Filings
- Support timely and accurate Payroll Tax Payments
- Handle Agency Notice Resolution and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with tax agencies for compliance-related queries
- Support tax amendments and payroll tax reconciliations
- Maintain payroll tax records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to payroll tax compliance requirements

Required Skills:





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of payroll, taxation, accounting, or finance concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Eligibility:

- Freshers with robust communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Relevant Payroll Tax, US Payroll, Accounting, Finance, or Taxation certifications/training will be an added advantage
- Must be willing to work in US Night Shifts
