Skill and Key Responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls and system administration
- Hands on Experience in process manufacturing ERP systems (Modules: Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance etc.)
- Familiarity with biometric systems, security tools and Microsoft O365 administration
- Valuable trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- IT Infrastructure and Management

- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, laptops, AD Server, File Server, Printers and peripherals

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT systems

- Perform regular system upgrades, patches and preventive maintenance

- Network Administration

- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, access points, switches etc.

- Monitor network performance, efficiency and resolve connectivity issues

- Ensure network security and uptime

- Firewall & IT Security

- Configure and manage firewall systems, antivirus and endpoint security

- Monitor security threats and vulnerabilities

- Implementation data protection and backup strategies

- Biometric & Access Control Systems

- Install, configure, and maintain biometric attendance devices





- Troubleshoot device issues and ensure data synchronization

- Coordinate with HR for attendance system integrity

- Data Backup and Recovery

- Implement and monitor regular data backup procedures

- Ensure data recovery plans are tested and functional

- User Support and Helpdesk

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues

- Maintain IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution

- Train users on basic IT systems and applications

- Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain IT documentation (network diagram, asset inventory, SOPs)

- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures and security standards

- Software Application Support, ERP & Microsoft O365 Administration

- Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications

- Maintain software licences and ensure compliance with regulation

- Provide functional support for ERP systems (user management, issue resolution, coordination with vendors)

- Work closely with different departments understanding core issues, business processes, and liaise with IT Teams for support
