Role Purpose:

The Lead HR IT will be responsible for building, stabilizing, and enhancing the organization's HR Technology ecosystem. The role drives digital transformation initiatives, system integration, automation, analytics, and governance across HR platforms to enable business growth, improve employee experience, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Technology Strategy

- Develop and execute a 3-5 year HR technology roadmap.
- Establish integrated HR architecture across HRMS, LMS, CLMS, Payroll, ERP, and related systems.
- Evaluate AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies.

Application Ownership

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of HR applications.
- Ensure application availability, security, compliance, and data integrity.
- Define governance and audit frameworks.

Digital Transformation

- Drive automation across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Implement AI-enabled HR solutions and workflow automation.

Integration & Architecture

- Lead API and middleware integrations between HR systems and enterprise platforms.




- Establish a single source of truth for HR data.

Project & Vendor Management

- Manage HR technology implementation projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Handle vendor selection, SLA management, negotiations, and performance monitoring.

Data Analytics & Reporting

- Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, and predictive analytics.
- Support workforce planning and leadership decision-making.

Change Management

- Drive user adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Education & Experience:

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- HRMS, Analytics, or related certifications are advantageous.

Experience

- 12-18 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 6-8 years in HR Technology, HRMS implementation, or Enterprise Applications.
- Experience with digital transformation, analytics, and large-scale HR platform implementations
