About the Role

Studio by Koshi is looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor to produce visually engaging content across weddings, social media, and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to create emotional, high-quality edits that resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit cinematic wedding films, teaser videos, highlights, and full-length wedding documentaries.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos with engaging pacing and trending editing styles.
- Edit studio videos, including promotional content, behind-the-scenes videos, client testimonials, interviews, and brand films.
- Sync and enhance audio with music, dialogue, and sound effects.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and basic audio mixing.
- Add titles, captions, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects where required.
- Organize and manage project files, footage, and backups efficiently.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the creative team to maintain Studio by Koshi's editing style and quality.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Stay updated with current editing trends, wedding filmmaking styles, and social media best practices.

Required Skills





- 13 years of experience in video editing (wedding editing experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading is an advantage.
- Strong storytelling, timing, and music selection skills.
- Experience editing wedding films, Reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cinematic wedding storytelling.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of social media content formats and platform-specific requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is a plus.
