Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with 8+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing, with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) / Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting scalable data integration solutions across enterprise and banking data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IDMC/IICS Cloud Data Integration.
- Develop complex mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, synchronization tasks, and parameterized workflows.
- Integrate data from databases, flat files, APIs, cloud applications, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Perform source-to-target mapping, data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Optimize ETL performance through SQL tuning, partitioning, pushdown optimization, indexing, and efficient mapping design.
- Implement error handling, logging, audit controls, restartability, and reconciliation frameworks.
- Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot failures, perform RCA, and provide production support.
- Work with large-volume data, batch loads, incremental loads, CDC, and near-real-time integrations.
- Support migration and modernization initiatives from Informatica PowerCenter to IDMC/IICS.
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, QA teams, DBAs, and reporting teams.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployments, and Agile delivery activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, mapping specifications, data lineage, deployment notes, and support runbooks.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in ETL, Data Integration,



and Data Warehousing.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS/IDMC.
- Strong experience with Cloud Data Integration, mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, synchronization tasks, and parameterization.
- Knowledge of IDMC services including Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, Monitor, Operational Insights, and Administration.
- Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills and experience with query optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Teradata, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts including facts, dimensions, star schema, snowflake schema, SCDs, and data marts.
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, data quality, and source-to-target mapping.
- Experience with CSV, XML, JSON, fixed-width files, APIs, and secure file transfers.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting or Python.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of version control, CI/CD, deployment, and setting migration processes.

Banking / BFSI Experience

Candidates with experience in banking or financial services data environments are preferred. Exposure to customer, accounts, transactions, payments, lending, cards, risk, compliance, AML/KYC, fraud, financial crime, or regulatory reporting data is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

- Informatica PowerCenter to IICS/IDMC migration experience.
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, AWS Redshift, or modern cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of Informatica data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality tools.
- Exposure to API integration, REST/SOAP services, and real-time integration patterns.
- Experience with DevOps, release automation, incident management, and ITIL processes.
