We're Hiring: CFC Manager

Locations: Surat & Bhopal

JOIN Ventures is looking for an experienced CFC Manager to oversee end-to-end operations at our CFC's. If you have a strong background in warehouse operations, last-mile logistics, fulfilment center management, and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day CFC operations, ensuring smooth execution and operational excellence.

Lead Delivery Executives, Dispatchers, Florists, and Operations Executives to achieve maximum productivity.

Drive on-time deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Monitor key KPIs including SLA, NPS, On-Time Delivery, Failed Deliveries, and RCA.

Maintain MIS reports, attendance, rosters, inventory records, and payment documentation.

Ensure inventory accuracy, quality checks, and zero pilferage or damaged orders.





Train and mentor teams to deliver the highest standards of customer experience.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless fulfilment operations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Fulfilment Centre Operations, Warehouse Operations, Last Mile Logistics, Supply Chain, or Delivery Operations

Strong people management and leadership skills

Hands-on experience managing large operational teams

Proficiency in MIS reporting and operational dashboards

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace with a customer-first mindset
