Branch Manager is responsible for overall branch performance, business growth, customer acquisition, liability mobilization, customer service excellence, team management, operational control, and regulatory compliance. The role holder is accountable for driving branch profitability while ensuring superior customer experience and adherence to bank policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive enhancement of the branch deposit portfolio through acquisition of recent customers and deepening relationships with existing customer
• Achieve business targets through sales of liability products and cross-selling of non-deposit products.
• Drive sales of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other fee-based products to enhance branch revenue
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer delight across all customer touchpoints
- Manage branch operations and administration to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
