Require an energetic Social Media Specialist for our Company-Ash Theory / Charcoal Threads (Premium Fashion Label)

Role & responsibilities:

- Own and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest for both brands.
- Plan and shoot photos/videos independently for day to day content, BTS and quick turnaround. post (product shots, reels, stories)
- Write on-brand captions, manage community engagement, DMs, and comment moderation.
- Brief video and design teams on content requirements for larger campaign assets and cinematic reels
- Plan and run collection launches, sales, and BTS content series across platforms
- Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance; optimize based on data
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes relevant to premium fashion brands





Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5 years' experience managing social handles for a recognized apparel/fashion brand(mandatory)
- Hands-on skills in photography and videography comfortable shooting on DSLR/mirrorless high-end phone setups with basic lighting/composition knowledge.
- Basic editing skills (Lightroom/CapCut/Premiere) for quick-turnaround content
- Strong grasp of Instagram trends, hashtag strategy and premium brand tone of voice.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools
- Robust copywriting skills for captions, bios, and campaign messaging
