We are hiring skilled and customer-focused professionals for an International Banking Customer Support Process.

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA + Welcome Bonus up to 30K

Job Role:
• Handle international customer queries via voice support
• Assist customers with banking-related concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and quick resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue handling
• Maintain quality standards and compliance during calls

Eligibility:
• Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply




• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support
• Excellent English communication skills required
• Comfortable with rotational night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Bangalore-based candidates preferred
