Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP IT Implementation Manager with strong expertise in Farvision ERP to lead ERP implementation, customization, user support, and process optimization across real estate business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the majority of Farvision Real Estate modules and possess a thorough understanding of real estate business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Farvision ERP.
- Manage configuration, deployment, and optimization of Real Estate ERP modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and internal IT teams for successful project delivery.
- Ensure smooth integration of ERP with existing business processes and third-party applications.
- Provide user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards,
and management reports through ERP.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across ERP systems.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
Required Expertise
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience exclusively with Farvision ERP.
- Strong working knowledge of major Real Estate modules, including:
- CRM & Lead Management
- Sales & Booking
- Customer Relationship Management
- Finance & Accounts
- Procurement & Purchase
- Inventory & Material Management
- Contracts & Billing
- Construction/Project Management
- Costing & Budgeting
- HR & Payroll (preferred)
- Experience in ERP implementation, migration, customization, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Solid understanding of Real Estate business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates currently based in Gurgaon, Delhi, or nearby NCR locations (to ensure reasonable travel time).
- Experience working with Real Estate Developers is mandatory.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
