Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Architect – NetSuite to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NetSuite architecture, customization, integrations, and technical solutioning, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect end-to-end NetSuite ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead technical design, development, customization, and deployment of NetSuite applications.
- Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including architecture reviews and code quality assurance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Optimize NetSuite performance, security, and system reliability.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and release management activities.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and governance for NetSuite implementations.




- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance across multiple projects.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP architecture and implementation.
- Expertise in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and enterprise system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar is preferred.
- Solid understanding of ERP best practices, security, governance, and performance optimization.
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL, XML, JSON, and modern integration technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite technical architecture and development.
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant, or Administrator) are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with large-scale NetSuite implementations and global rollouts.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and client-facing consulting experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
