Responsibilities:

- As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
- Your day-to-day activities will involve ensuring the quality of our world-class systems through exceptional communication skills, accurately defining client issues, and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams,



and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required
- Advanced proficiency in Generative AI is recommended
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance and client satisfaction
- Conduct regular training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with team members
- Analyze system issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery
