- Lead audit planning and establish effective procedures
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & MS Teams)
- Advanced Excel skills: filters, sorting, pivot tables, formulas & lookups
- Support accounting & auditing teams in daily operations
- Prepare and monitor audit budgets
- Working knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, IND AS & tax regulations
- Plan and execute financial audits
- Basic knowledge of Transfer Pricing & Management Fees
- Develop and implement internal audit systems
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and best practices
- Provide financial insights and advisory support
- Participate in statutory & group audit closures
- Prepare and review audit reports & financial statements
- Handle client audit queries efficiently
- Prepare schedules & reconciliations for financial reporting
- Maintain proper working papers & ensure peer review compliance
- Manage tax compliances: IT, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, PT, Customs, ROC, etc.
- Prepare MIS, cash flow statements, budgets & projections
- Present and analyze financials to management/clients
- Adapt to changes and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
