Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Manager to drive organizational excellence through process optimization, operational governance, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional business leaders to establish best-in-class operational frameworks, improve business performance, ensure process compliance, and enable sustainable growth.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring expertise in business excellence frameworks, operational transformation, quality management systems, performance metrics, and organizational change management within the IT Services or Digital Engineering industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Excellence & Process Improvement

- Lead enterprise-wide Business Excellence initiatives across Delivery, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, PMO, and support functions.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve business processes and operational frameworks.
- Identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and establish governance mechanisms across business functions.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Operational Governance

- Define governance models, review mechanisms, and business performance dashboards.




- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics across departments.
- Monitor organizational performance and recommend corrective actions based on data-driven insights.
- Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual business review meetings with senior leadership.

Quality & Compliance

- Lead implementation and maintenance of quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI, or equivalent standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal audits, process assessments, and organizational maturity evaluations.
- Support external certification and audit activities.

Performance Management

- Develop business performance scorecards and executive dashboards.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to improve productivity, utilization, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Strategic Initiatives

- Lead enterprise-wide transformation and change management programs.
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, customer experience, and business scalability.
- Support annual operating plans (AOP), organizational planning, and strategic business initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Delivery, Sales, HR, Finance, PMO, and Leadership teams to drive Business Excellence initiatives.
- Present business insights, recommendations, and progress updates to executive leadership.
- Influence cross-functional teams to adopt standardized processes and continuous improvement practices.

Team Leadership

- Mentor and develop Business Excellence professionals.
- Foster a culture of quality,



accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Experience & Skills

- 15 20 years of experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, Process Improvement, PMO, or Business Transformation within an IT Services, Digital Engineering, or Technology organization.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Business Process Management (BPM), and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience implementing and managing quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI, or equivalent standards.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, process re-engineering, governance frameworks, and operational metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with business intelligence, reporting, and performance management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong project and program management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- ISO Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
