Job Title: Quality Test Professional Job Summary

Detail-oriented Testing Engineer with 2 years of experience in routine testing, test report preparation, and handling customer inspections. Skilled in coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for both local and export customers while ensuring quality standards, equipment reliability, and compliance with ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and verification of Routine Test Reports (RTR) of GIS as per applicable standards and customer requirements.
- Execution and documentation of GIS routine testing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handling and coordinating customer inspections during various testing stages.
- Managing and supporting GIS Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for local as well as export customers.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
- Calibration and maintenance of all testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintaining proper data records and logs for all testing equipment, including calibration history.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (production, design, quality) to resolve testing issues.
- Maintaining proper documentation and records of test data and inspection reports.
- Supporting auditors and customers during audits with accurate data and explanations.
- Ensuring timely completion of testing and submission of reports as per project schedules.




- Providing basic level training to new joiners and contractual employees on testing procedures and safety practices.
- Maintaining and updating skill matrix records as per ISO requirements.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation quality.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- B. E. in Electrical Engineering.
- Typically, up to 2 years of successful experience in a related field and successfully demonstrating Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented in the job profile.
- Strong knowledge of testing procedures and quality standards
- Understanding of FAT & customer inspection protocols
- Knowledge of equipment calibration and maintenance practices
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Communication, coordination, and training skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for supervised groups. Understand and apply supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
- Must possess solid digital literacy with self-directed learning of other applications - including all office applications and prefer experience using SAP
- Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.
