Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake, Snowpark, Python, and SQL to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, and cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake and Python.

• Build and optimize Snowpark-based data engineering solutions.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SQL and Python stored procedures.

• Perform data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization within Snowflake.

• Integrate data from multiple sources including SFTP, AWS S3, APIs, and flat files.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, performance, and pipeline issues.





• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Create technical design documentation and maintain project artifacts in JIRA and Confluence.

• Follow best practices related to data governance, security, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing.

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.

• Expertise in Snowpark, Python, and SQL.

• Experience developing and optimizing SQL and Python stored procedures.

• Robust understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration patterns.

• Experience with data modeling and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
