AR Executive Voice Process (Night Shift)

TakeHome Salary: Up to 18,000

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM (US Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Contact US Insurance Payers to resolve claim issues (denials & nondenials)
- Review systems for payments, adjustments, and selfpay updates
- Identify and escalate trends or recurring issues
- Maintain SOP updates, issue logs, and trend trackers
- Participate in RCM training sessions
- Resolve complex patient account issues
- Route noncalling accounts to the analytical team




- Identify payerlevel issues and support reprocessing activities

Medical Coding/ Billing NonVoice (Ambulance Billing)

Salary: 15,000

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Education: Graduates only - BA, BBA, B.com, B.Sc, BCA
No cab facility

Role Overview:

- Basic knowledge of medical billing & coding concepts
- Good analytical and attentiontodetail skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work in a processdriven environment
- Willingness to learn US healthcare systems and payer guidelines
