Youll make a difference by:

- Responsible for end-to-end employee data management in Workday, like Hire (Onboarding), Terminations, Master Data changes, Contractual changes, Payroll inputs etc.
- Experience in different products of employee data management
- Process the assigned cases within the defined SLAs




- Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement.

Your success is grounded in:

- Bachelor's degree with 3+yrs of experience into EDM.
- Knowledge in Workday
- Knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to Detail & Data Accuracy
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, global environment.
