- Visit patients at their home or assigned location to monitor the quality of nursing care.
- Supervise nurses, caregivers, and nursing assistants at the patient location.
- Assess the patient's clinical condition and ensure the prescribed care plan is followed.
- Verify medication administration, procedures, and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication, and home care practices.
- Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct competency assessments and provide in office guidance to nursing staff.
- Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and the operations team regarding patient progress.
- Identify clinical issues or emergencies and ensure timely escalation and intervention.




- Monitor the availability and proper use of medical equipment and consumables at the patient's location.
- Resolve patient and family concerns to ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit patient visit reports, audit findings, and staff performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Apollo Home Healthcare policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Support new staff during field training and provide continuous coaching to improve service quality.
- Conduct periodic quality audits and recommend corrective actions to enhance patient care outcomes.
