Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Civil to lead and manage large-scale commercial, residential, and high-rise (G+25 and above) construction projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Mivan shuttering technology and a proven track record of executing projects from inception to final handover. The candidate must possess strong leadership, planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete lifecycle of high-rise residential and commercial construction projects, from planning and mobilization to project handover.
- Lead construction execution of G+25 and above buildings using Mivan shuttering/formwork technology.
- Prepare project execution plans, construction schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of work and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors,



and contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor contractor performance, certify work progress, and verify bills in coordination with the billing team.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
- Prepare MIS reports, project progress reports, cost reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with CRM and handover teams during project completion and possession stages.

Mandatory Requirements

- 12-15 years of experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Must have managed commercial, residential, and high-rise (G+25 or above) projects.
- Mandatory experience in Mivan shuttering technology.
- Must have independently handled projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, finishing, and handover.
- Experience in leading and managing large site teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Strong understanding of project planning, quality assurance, safety standards, and construction management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
