- The day-to-day operational running of the quality management system within the QA department
- Ensuring product quality, safety, efficiency, or patient safety is not compromised by poor quality assurance practices. here required, ensure the following are raised and compliant with the written procedure:
- Change controls.
- Deviations.
- Customer complaint investigations
- APA
- Risk management activities.
- Ensure activities carried out comply with the written procedure for:
- Outsourced activity
- Supplier qualification
- Customer qualification
- Preparation of data and reports for the quality management review process.
- Implementing, coordinating and reviewing corrective and preventative actions
- Monitoring compliance with positive documentation and data integrity policies.
- Ensure documentation submitted for approval meets the required standards.
- Tracking and reporting of quality key performance indicators versus the agreed quality objectives.




- Keeping track of different registers that are created because of process or procedural output.
- Timely Completion of MHRA, Internal audit and compliance of audit observations.
- Participation. In periodic review of.
- Quality system procedures and suggest improvements to ensure compliance, productivity and deliverables.
- Work closely with the RPs, other QA team members, operational teams and other support functions to enable the effective management of quality management systems and ensure compliance with relevant SOPs and GDP regulations.

Qualification

- Degree level education in Chemistry/biology /pharmaceuticals/or another relevant background.
- Diploma or other qualification in the absence of degree-level education
- Minimum two years' experience in a QA environment.
