We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive Talent Acquisition (Recruiter Kerala) to manage endtoend hiring for our Kerala operations. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing positions for retail stores and regional roles, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and timely closures aligned with business needs.

You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, build talent pipelines, and support smooth onboarding for recent joinees.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle endtoend recruitment for retail store roles and regional positions in Kerala (Kochi / TVM and nearby locations).
- Source profiles through Naukri (Resdex & job postings), LinkedIn, other job portals, internal database, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic / virtual discussions, and shortlist suitable candidates based on role fit and business requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members; ensure timely feedback and followups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly dashboards for assigned roles and locations.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand JD, skill requirements, budget, and timelines; recalibrate sourcing strategy based on feedback.




- Support prejoining formalities and coordinate with HR / Store teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes, TAT, and quality of hires.

Experience:

- 24 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in retail or service industry.

Education:

- Any Graduate; MBA / PG in HR preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Handson experience with Naukri (Resdex search, job posting) and at least one other job portal.
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals; ability to build and manage talent pipelines.
- Good understanding of endtoend hiring cycle, from requisition to joining.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and stakeholder management.
- Strong followup, coordination, and timemanagement abilities; comfortable working with multiple roles/locations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for trackers and MIS.
- High ownership, result orientation, and ability to work with defined timelines and hiring targets.
- Candidates based in Kerala or willing to relocate to Kochi / TVM preferred.
