We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and drive Finance & Procurement transformation initiatives.

Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST
Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Manage and maintain Finance & Procurement backlogs in Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and decision-making sessions.
- Prepare business documentation, user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Support solution delivery, user adoption,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
