Our Beauty Division represents globally renowned luxury beauty brands, including Dolce & Gabbana, Lancme, and Yves Saint Laurent (YSL).

We are hiring Beauty Advisors to represent these luxury brands at Shop-in-Shop (SIS) counters inside Shoppers Stop.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Dolce & Gabbana, Lancme, and Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) at the designated SIS counter in Shoppers Stop.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience to every customer.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, ingredients, and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize brand sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
- Ensure the counter is well-maintained, visually appealing, and fully stocked according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and promotional campaigns.
- Follow brand SOPs,



maintain excellent grooming standards, and uphold the luxury image of the brands.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 15 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or luxury retail sales.
- Experience with premium beauty brands or retail stores such as Nykaa, Sephora, Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Health & Glow, MAC, Este Lauder, Colorbar, or similar is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for beauty may also be considered.
