JOB PURPOSE

To lead and manage the entire stores function across the PEB, UPVC Roofing, Polycarbonate Sheet and PUF

Panel manufacturing units, ensuring accurate inventory control, productive material flow, statutory compliance

and a well-trained store team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Hold overall responsibility for RM, consumables, spares and FG stores across all plants PEB, UPVC

Roofing, Polycarbonate Sheet and PUF Panel units (excludes Screw Plant)

- Establish and enforce standard store processes – receipt, storage, issue, stock transfer and

documentation – uniformly across all units

- Ensure accuracy of stock in SAP/ERP through regular reconciliation, cycle counts and periodic stock audits
- Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid excess stock, obsolete stock and stock-outs affecting

production

- Lead, train and supervise Store Executives/Store Keepers across all plant locations




- Coordinate with the Purchase team on material planning, min-max stock levels and reorder points
- Coordinate with Production Heads at each plant to ensure timely material availability
- Coordinate with Dispatch/Logistics teams for finished goods storage and outward movement
- Drive cost-control initiatives to reduce inventory carrying cost and minimize wastage, damage and

pilferage

- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms in stores (fire safety, material handling, labelling)
- Review and approve GRNs, stock transfer notes and store MIS reports
- Conduct periodic store audits across all plants and drive corrective actions
- Report inventory status, ageing stock and key store KPIs to the Supply Chain Head / Managemen
